Cancelling

The organization owner can cancel from Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and no new allowance is granted after that.

Credits

Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each cycle. A failed Build Aerial never consumes a credit.

Refunds
