Version 2026-10-07

Draft pending legal review. Bracketed items are for the owner to supply. This text is not final and must be approved by counsel before SitePuff charges customers.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, password (stored hashed), time zone, and optional two-factor settings.
  • Organization details: workspace name, team members, roles, and uploaded client logos.
  • Project data: addresses, map scenes, edits, and exported PNG and PDF files.
  • Billing records: plan, credit ledger, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers are entered at Stripe and never reach SitePuff.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser user agent for sign-in, security, legal acceptance records, and error monitoring.

2. Why we use it

To run your workspace, build and export aerials, bill for credits, secure accounts, answer support requests, and keep a record of which legal versions you accepted.

3. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Google Maps Platform (address and coordinates), TomTom (traffic counts), Regrid (parcel boundaries), Brandfetch (business names for logo matching), Stripe (billing), our email provider, our file storage provider, and our error monitoring provider. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

[Retention periods for accounts, projects, exports, and logs to be supplied by the owner.] Export download links expire after one day.

5. Your choices

You can update your account in Settings. A workspace owner can close the workspace from Settings; its data is deleted 30 days later unless the closure is canceled. You can also ask us to delete your account or workspace at [privacy contact email].

6. Cookies

See the Cookies page.

7. Changes

A changed policy gets a new version on this page, and signed-in users are asked to accept it.
