Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-07
Draft pending legal review. Bracketed items are for the owner to supply. This text is not final and must be approved by counsel before SitePuff charges customers.
1. Who we are
SitePuff is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] ("SitePuff", "we"). These terms apply to every organization and user that creates an account or builds an aerial on SitePuff.
2. The service
SitePuff composes commercial real estate aerial maps for United States addresses. Imagery, places, parcel boundaries, traffic counts, and brand logos come from third-party providers. We show provider data as delivered and do not invent businesses, roads, traffic counts, or parcel lines. Provider data can be incomplete or out of date, and you are responsible for checking an aerial before you publish it.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us about any unauthorized use. The organization owner controls team invitations, member caps, and billing for that workspace.
4. Credits and billing
When billing is active, one credit is reserved when you start a Build Aerial and is consumed only if the build succeeds. A failed build releases the credit. Exporting a project you already built does not cost another credit. Paid allowances reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the addresses, client logos, and edits you add. You give us the permission we need to store and render them for your workspace.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of SitePuff is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Third-party data and logos
Map imagery and data remain subject to each provider's terms, including Google Maps Platform terms. Brand logos are shown only where a licensed source supplies them, and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are described in the Cancellation and Refunds policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity text to be supplied by counsel.]
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we publish a new version on this page. Signed-in users are asked to accept the new version before they continue.
11. Governing law and contact
[Governing law and venue to be supplied by counsel.] Questions: [legal contact email].
